Located on the banks of the Yangtze River, roughly equidistant from Nanjing and Shanghai, our Base Oil Storage facility in Jingjiang (Jiangsu Province) is ideally placed to leverage on the excellent waterway, road, and rail network in the vicinity.

35,000 cubic meters of storage capacity comprising 42 tanks of various sizes (the smallest being131cubic meters and the largest being 1810 cubic meters) are split into two adjacent tank farms and some of these are borded tanks. Tank farm 1 is primarily dedicated to the storage of water-white Group II and Group III base oils and do not have insulation or heating capability. Tank farm 2 is intended to store Group I base oils (including bright stocks) and include insulated tanks and a hot oil heating system.
All pipelines from the 40,000dwt capacity ‘large berth’ (which receives international cargo) as well as the 1,000dwt capacity ‘small berth’ (which loads domestic cargoes) are pigged. Both berths have separate pipe lines for ‘water-white’ and ‘colored’ base oils. In addition, all lines to our truck-loading bay are pigged. Dedicated pipelines mean that cross-contamination of different grades of oil is reduced to a bare minimum.
We endeavor to reduce losses to customers to its absolute minimum. We use imported Emerson flowmeters and Yamato weighbridge to ensure accurate measurements and give our customers peace of mind.
Operations throughout the storage terminal can be controlled and monitored at our Central Control Room which is equipped with a modern Decision Control System (DCS). Round-the-clock security is provided by our 13-man team which is supported by nearly 30 closed-circuit cameras, infra-red perimeter control, and a patrolling tracking system.
