Low Hee Teck

Singapore-born Low Hee Teck, Winston is a certified professional engineer. In 1969, he graduated from Melbourne University in Australia, with a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering.
Following graduation, Winston worked in the Base Oil Technology and Production departments at the Singapore refiner of (then) Exxon.
Subsequently, he joined the additives division of Exxon Chemical, where he was responsible for design, technology, and China area sales. Winston spent a total of 23 years with Exxon.

In 1993, with the support of the Feoso Group, Winston established Feoso Energy (Singapore) Pte Ltd and Feoso Energy (H.K.) Ltd. This was in addition to the earlier establishment of local sales offices in Dalian, Shanghai, and Jiangsu. All of these companies share the common goal of enhancing base oil supply and related-services in China. Winston believes that through sincerity and reliability, he will be able to gain the trust of our customers and support of our staff.
